Terms & Conditions
Please choose carefully as by law you are not entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind or make an incorrect choice.
We are happy to exchange, credit or repair the goods provided that:
- The garment labels are still attached.
- The garment has not been worn.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled (smoke free environment, doesn't smell like deoderant or purfumes)
- The garment has not been altered by you in anyway
- The returned garment/s is/are accompanied with the original receipt (see below if it was a gift)
- The garment is returned within 21 days of docket date.
- Isn't hosiery, self adhesive bras or an accessory.
Please contact us before returning your purchase for exchage/credit so we can put aside (or order) the required size (if possible) - if we have to order your replacement garment/s please allow up to a month as some companies take 3 weeks for us to receive the orders (also most warehouses close from just before Christmas until the 2nd week of Jan).
Postage charges when returning the garments are the responsibility on you the purchaser (so if needing to change for a different size please include a reply paid bag or the cost of postage in the return).
We do not credit postage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you use signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post through Australia post.
If unsure of sizing - phone or email us before ordering (that way we can put aside the garment/s you are wanting).
If purchasing as a gift, we are happy to exchange without receipt provided all the above conditions are followed.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:
- are defective (the defect not being caused by you) - checked by the manufacturer before issuing a refund
- do not match the description or sample provided by us
- do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would
